![]() Reactive people are driven by emotions, while proactive people are driven by values. It means we have chosen to be controlled. If we let others control us, we are reactive, not proactive. Our behavior is a result of our decisions, not our conditions. There are three kinds of assets: physical, financial, and human. We focus too much on the production and too little on the assets that produce.
