It has become more of an art form than it used to be. Tattooing is no longer just for the “bad boys” of long ago. The both of you will remain in my prayers. That is not going to be pleasant, from all accounts I’ve heard. I hope she continues to do well through chemo. I’m glad to hear your Mom is doing well as she can be. AND to rejoice daily with the chronic pain is particularly amazing to me. I guess a person learns to live with chronic pain and only succumbs when the pain is intolerable. Sounds like a good plan □ Bring on the warmth and sunshine! Coaxing spring to come early by bringing out the sunflowers and storing away the snowmen. Good grief, you have some mighty cold, cold temperatures. She’s been keeping my phone VERY busy! As for my head…I had a couple of my worst weeks yet…so now I appreciate the regular bad weeks! haha Funny how that works, isn’t it? □ I’m doing just fine! I’m so full of GRATITUDE and JOY that I’m not going to let the pain get me down! It does tend to SLOW me down though! □ She had the last appointment yesterday with the Oncologist. She’s had lots of appointments and has been told she’ll probably be having chemo. They found that the cancer had spread but they are quite sure that they got it all. My Mom is doing well, thanks! I’m sorry…I can’t remember when I last updated you. The kitchen is all back to sunflowers! □ I have a very extensive collection of snowmen and they invade the house for winter! So this morning it’s -44 with the windchill, only -32 without! □ I’m very happy to be indoors and I’ve actually been packing up my snowmen! haha Usually I wait until closer to the first day of spring for this job but my head wasn’t too bad today so I thought I’d get started on it. Yes, I understand that about tattoos! My daughter also wanted “just one” soon followed by “just one more” lol They are of her own design and I think they’re gorgeous! I should see if I can track down a photo to send you. How is your Mom doing? I hope you are all fairing well and your headaches are not quite so bothersome to you. People would think it were a strange eclipse or something until the terrible racket caught up to them □ The end is in sight, thankfully. I hope I have not spilled the beans and Curtis has had a sneak peek at his birthday present □ Well, it is not finished yet so maybe he will be surprised anyway □ There would be enough purple air from here covering your sky if I had spilled all the paperwork that I’ve done so far. Being able to see where my friends live is kind of fun □ I didn’t think it was a recent photo since you had mentioned previously all the snow and cold temperatures you have been having, but it was pretty cool to see the country side where you live. ![]() Those satellite photos are something else. Maybe not quite as addictive as paper crafting but addicting none the less. It seems that this form of art self expression is addicting. I have heard that once a person gets a tattoo another is sure to follow. On January 31st I did a post “Before I Pass Out” for my daughter’s tattoo.
